Accommodation close to Losari Beach, according to the price and what you get.

This hotel is quite nice and close to Losari Beach, with plenty of food, but the room felt a bit damp and wasn't very clean. So, there's still room for improvement.

Strategic location, affordable price. The downside is that the room door can't be accessed with a key card, requiring staff to call every time you need to open the door. There's no elevator, and the room isn't very soundproof. The bathroom shower handle is missing.

I booked a smoking room on the app, but when I arrived, it didn't meet the service standards. The Wi-Fi wouldn't connect.

Employees are very responsible

The door to the room is broken, the access card doesn't work. The TV is broken and there's no broadcast.

The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, basically it's okay.

The main recommendation for a vacation, the location is strategic, the rooms are clean and fragrant.

The hotel is quite close to the Losari beach area, the room size is too small & the AC leaks until the floor in front of the room door is wet, breakfast is very minimal but it's okay because there are lots of places to eat around

Well served when checking in through the app. There is a 100k deposit and will be returned when the room key is returned. The room key is left at the receptionist when leaving the room. There is one officer on each shift. The sheets, pillowcases, and towels are not white because of long use, maybe. The food is delicious and well-arranged. For the room price of 240k through the app, well, it's appropriate.

The staff was friendly. The cleanliness was decent, though some improvements could be made, such as traces of air conditioning repairs in the room. The TV broadcast quality could be improved. I might plan to return.
