The service was poor, the room was cramped, the towels were a bit brownish, and the AC was leaking (in my previous room, and I had to move). If I wanted to upgrade, the price wasn't worth it. This was the first time I've ever been in a hotel that I've been so inconvenienced. Having to report to the hotel to get in and out of the room because the key was broken.

Staying here is more comfortable and safe, with more culinary access and close proximity. It's close to tourist attractions like CPI, Losari Beach, and Fort Rotterdam. Affordable rates and clean rooms.

It's quite cheap, and there's hot water.

There was a problem with the door; the door sensor was broken. It was a bit of a hassle, as every time I wanted to enter the room, I had to call the receptionist or a hotel staff member to open it. Otherwise, everything was fine.

This hotel is quite nice and close to Losari Beach, with plenty of food, but the room felt a bit damp and wasn't very clean. So, there's still room for improvement.

Strategic location, affordable price. The downside is that the room door can't be accessed with a key card, requiring staff to call every time you need to open the door. There's no elevator, and the room isn't very soundproof. The bathroom shower handle is missing.

I booked a smoking room on the app, but when I arrived, it didn't meet the service standards. The Wi-Fi wouldn't connect.
