The location is quite strategic, not far from Malioboro, and there are many culinary options nearby. The price is in line with the facilities, so it's recommended if you're visiting Yogyakarta.

Staff is okay. Very cool and not far from Lempuyangan Station, recommended for those who don't want to go far from the station. Ordering via the app is easier

It's a 5 out of 10, dirty, AC doesn't work, bad bathroom.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, close to Indomaret. It's just that the room is not bright enough. It is recommended to replace the lights with brighter ones.

The only downside is that at check-in time it says check-in is at 13.00, but when you arrive at the hotel you can only check-in at 14.00, you have to wait an hour just to check-in.

It's not bad, but the staff forgot to return my ID card when I checked out because I had been traveling for 2 hours and came back and the staff didn't call me again. It's good that I checked the room first because some of the walls were old, but when I stayed there I got new wallpaper and a smart TV.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is homey and comfortable, even though it is on the side of the road, there is almost no noise from vehicles.

The lights are very dim, and the AC is very hot as you can imagine.

Overall the service is not bad, only the room doesn't have enough light, it's a little dark and the AC isn't cold enough even though it has the lowest temperature and often turns itself off (the timer is broken).

Close to Malioboro and main roads and easy access to find. What needs to be repaired, the water in the toilet that comes out is very small and the air conditioner is not cold enough. For others it is ok and good.
