The atmosphere is comfortable, very cool, lots of trees, the sound of the roar of the sea, the staff havefully, friendly, the food is all delicious...!!! I felt at home until my child wanted to extend 1 more day because the atmosphere in this place was so happy.. ❤😍🌿🍃

Lots of mosquitoes, hard mattress, thin pillow, TV often errors, can't watch Netflix, the staff said to fix the TV, if you want to watch Netflix, you have to get a towel from the room to swim.

Even though I only stayed here for 1 night, I really enjoyed it. The room was clean and provided with electric mosquito repellent, the AC was cold. In the morning before breakfast, I could walk around the cottage. The road was clean. The swimming pool was nice with a direct view of the sea. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. There were electric bicycles that we could rent near the FO. Every cleaning service we met would greet us. Everyone was friendly, from the FO, Cleaning Service, restaurant staff, electric bicycle staff, all friendly. Top. My mother-in-law, children, and wife were very happy to stay here. This is the 5th time I have stayed here and always request the dolphin cottage, the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

The facilities are great, and the beach atmosphere is incredibly cool, making it highly recommended. The service is also excellent, and there are plenty of photo spots.

We really enjoyed it... Want to stay again for at least 2 nights... Awesome...

Weekdays are quiet, peaceful, nice pool.

The hotel staff is very friendly, and provides shuttle transportation to all places in the Ancol area.

Order a deluxe room, so you're guaranteed a top floor. Request a sea view, and get a shellfish cottage right next to the nyiur restaurant and swimming pool. Hairdryer available upon request. When we arrived, the AC was leaking, we complained to the hotel manager, and maintenance arrived in less than 5 minutes. It's safe. It just needs more maintenance, as the outside looks really old, with peeling walls and faded paint. It doesn't reduce comfort, just less aesthetically pleasing compared to the price. The service is good, everyone is responsive. Breakfast is also good, with a wide variety of menus. Worth a visit again.

Very impressive, but the shuttle service needs to be improved. It's stated that it's provided, but in reality, it only goes as far as the entrance. Honestly, access to Putri Mermaid is very difficult without a private vehicle. Hopefully, this can be improved, as people who vacation here don't always bring their own vehicles.

The cottage is okay, but you have to go in using a spiral staircase, so be careful if you bring elderly people and children. The atmosphere is comfortable.

There are lots of small ants on the bed and it's uncomfortable to sleep because of the ant bites, even though there's no food on the bed. Please pay attention again.
