The rooms tend to be old rooms, but the AC is cool facing the beach, which is fun.

A comfortable & cool place with besty.

The room wasn't very clean, with a lot of dust, but it was quite spacious. The sink was clogged, and the service was slow. Requests for towels and cloths took a long time to be delivered.

Book a deluxe upper room. It's an older building, but the room is comfortable, clean, and mosquito-free. It has a sea view of the swimming pool. I highly recommend staying at Putri Duyung Cottage. I'll stay again next time, and be sure to check out the promotions.

Overall, it's okay for a family. The sink is leaking, and the AC is a bit noisy, probably due to its age.

An attractive hotel for family vacations.

This isn't my first time staying at Putri Duyung; I wanted to relive the memories, so I stayed again. Unfortunately, the upstairs room was noisy yesterday. Breakfast was also lacking in choice; it used to be more plentiful and the food was better. Now it's just average. Sorry, my honest comments are meant to be constructive. Thank you.

The room is quite old, needs to be renovated to make it better.

Hopefully we can come here again, the kids loved it even though we didn't go anywhere because they could play in the sand in front of the cottage.

Age really shows. Old furniture, with not so modern arrangement (room was ok with only yellowing AC, and hard beds, main complaint is the bathroom). Food was very average, small selection and taste is average. But location is prime (since I had an event in Ancol). Ps: there were lots of mosquitoes to beware. Good things: environment is cool, staff were friendly, bike ride around resort was fun as well. Nice getaway spot that is still in reach within Jkt.
