Very strategic location, close to bus stops and mall. Unfortunately water is often a nuisance, so I have to contact the guards often if I wanna use the bathroom.

Cleanliness is okay, the front of the hotel can still see the rice fields, the staff is friendly, I have been to Jogja twice here to stay here.

For those who attend annual Jogja Marathon, this is the best budget hotel for Runners. Location is perfectly close to Ambarukmo Plaza & bus shelter to Prambanan Temple.

Strategic place but: 1. The door lock (manual) is one with the electric key (card) so if you want the door locks to darken first or must be separated between the door lock and electricity 2. The bathroom door cannot be locked 3. Toilet water cover already broken but not replaced 4. Water for bathing and other small things 5. A glass is provided in the room but there is no drinking water

The room is stuffy and hot. I got on the 2nd floor, it seems the room is rarely opened, so it feels stuffy first to enter. And the toilet was broken, and the water was very slow. Hopefully, it can be fixed in the future.
