Got the price per night at a rate of 350 thousand, this hotel is not recommended, I got room 501, on the 4th floor there is no elevator up the stairs, no help carrying things to the room, when I entered room 501 the room was dirty and dusty to the point that the soles of my feet were black, dull, dirty and dusty

Accommodation located not far from the city center. Easy access using motorized vehicles, only limited parking space, not recommended if using a car. A pleasant stay experience, easy and fast check-in, rooms according to request. It's just that the cleanliness in some corners of the bed, and the bathroom is less noticed. Overall good experience.

Staff are friendly, clean bed room, clean bath room,minimalized and compact yet functional facilities. I can sometimes the sound from outside but in tolerable rate. The price is worth it and there is no big reason not to choose this hotel on the next trip. Easy check in and easy check out

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean and fragrant..

The distance to the city is close, only 2 beds are made into 1. So the position in the middle is not good with amblesion like that.

The bed is positioned differently in height and there is too much of a dent. There are only 2 hooks in the bathroom and they fall off easily.

Poor value for money. Bathroom is not well maintained, floor is slippery, and no hot water. Bed, linens and towels are thin and worn out, room and hallway feels dark and creepy. No elevator. When I was checking out and walking out of my room, I did peep into another room that was being clean and it looked better, so maybe I was just unlucky. Plus points are, AC in room is good, location is great, only about 20 minutes walking to Tugu Train Station and Malioboro area. Short walk to alfamart, and theres a great coffee shop on the ground floor. Staff was friendly as well.

Affordable prices, strategic location. Disadvantages of asking for a 1-bed mattress but in reality the twin mattresses are combined into one, there is no water heater (coffee & tea), there are no hotel slippers, the floor is dirty, there is no telephone, each room is close to each other making it noisy.

If this is a hotel for transit, it's still okay, but the cleanliness is a bit lacking, even though for this price it could be improved.

The staff are friendly, access to the center of Hota is not too far. But there needs to be improvement in several points such as:- room cleanliness because when I stayed there were cockroaches in the bathroom, several cobwebs in the corners of the room and bathroom.- Dust piles on the TV cables which looked like they had not been cleaned for a long time.- Faucets showers that are clogged and showers that are rusty should be replaced. - Room repairs are needed due to water seepage from the top floor.
