Honestly, it’s not what it says on the photos. Absolutely disgusting, sheets not clean, room someone was smoking inside. I walked out after 10 mins. Mould on walls, I cannot believe that app would use them on their platform. I would not recommend to couple, children, elderly, etc.

I've stayed here twice and it's very comfortable. The room is clean, fragrant, and quiet. The downside is the TV channels aren't that exciting, the sink leaks, the bathroom floor is a bit slippery, there are no towels unless you ask the receptionist, there are no amenities, hot and cold water is only available in the lobby, not in the room, but there is a mini fridge in the room, and the AC is cold.

I have already paid the pay letter, it cannot be cancelled, I have to confirm it.

The hotel staff is friendly, escorted to the room, helped prepare everything, towels were also given even though there were no amenities. The mattress is not suitable, there are lots of mites and bed bugs, it makes me itchy, even when I move to another room it is also not suitable for living in, the bed is dirty, the rain leaks causing flooding. When I came home from there I was itchy

It's okay even though the AC keeps turning off and on for no apparent reason, the staff is quick to help when asked. The point is you get what you pay for, but not all rooms are like that. The previous room had a fully cold AC, just a matter of luck.

The bed was full of fleas, making it uncomfortable. After the 2nd day, I tried to move to another room and asked for it to be cleaned, but it turned out there were even more fleas.

Dirty hotel room, unsuitable room, dark, rickety bed. We only checked out after 30 minutes. We were deceived by the picture with reality not according to it.
