Standard, but very cheap for a city center location.

Basically the hotel crew is quite friendly. It just seems that the hotel room is not well maintained. The water tap has started to not function properly so it seems that only a little water comes out of the tap.

Please improve the cleanliness

The room is really dirty, the AC is leaking so the water is flooded everywhere, the AC smells musty, the sheets smell musty too, the floor is dirty, the bathroom is dirty, the towels smell 😭😭. Asked for a broom but they didn't give it 🥵🥵

More importantly, cleanliness, bedroom (it smells of cigarettes), cleanliness of bathroom, toilet water runs out

It's really cool to be swept away in a sea of mattresses.

The room smells of cigarette smoke. There is no soap in the bathroom.

Please change the sheets and towels.

The toilet smells 'lots of mosquitoes. Only one towel even though there are 2 mattresses for 2 people'.

If you are looking for a budget hotel, please do not choose this one. The bathroom is super DIRTY, lots of cockroaches, smells of urine, the sink is dirty and there is even dirt in the toilet that has not been cleaned. The room is stuffy, the air conditioner is not cold, and the room smells of cigarettes even though I chose a non-smoking room. The sheets are dirty, and it looks like the towels and pillowcases are used by someone else that have not been changed! I regret staying here.

Check in and checkout is fast, strategic location near the city center of Ratu Indah Mall. The AC is cold, quite clean, good wifi. But the TV doesn't work, needs renovation.

The air conditioner is not cold, the cleanliness of the toilet is not maintained, the friendliness of the female employees is not friendly, the lift is broken, you have to go up the stairs to the 3rd floor

Not bad if only for transit at an affordable price. Spacious rooms, soft mattresses and cold AC. But the bathroom doesn't get enough attention. Maybe it could be improved further.

The place is comfortable and spacious. Clean bed linen. The AC cools quickly and is that cold, the House Keeping Staff is very friendly.

Rooms are clean, fragrant, spacious. Also, the water heater doesn't work, only cold water can be used.

Malam pertama waktu check-in kamar, lampu padam. Minta tolong teknisinya supaya cek kamar, cepat datang teknisinya tapi kurang ramah. Resepsionis juga kurang ramah. AC bocor, shower mengalir kecil sekali. Pembuangan kamar mandi tidak ada penutupnya, jadi berlubang. Harusnya ada pemeliharaan/pembaharuan. Kasurnya juga bikin gatal. Sprei juga ada noda-nodanya. Tapi satu yang saya salutkan, untuk bapak cleaning service ramah sekali pelayanannya, tiap hari diganti spreinya dan kamar mandinya dibersihkan. Bintang 5 untuk bapaknya. Sehat selalu ya pak. Saran saya supaya petugas lainnya ditingkatkan keramahannya seperti bapak cleaning service.

Menurut saya, pelayanan pada staff untuk tamu sangat ramah, hanya saja kamar yang saya tempati AC nya tidak dingin, dan bau kamar sangat tidak enak. Kemudian wc nya kurang bersih, semoga ke depannya bisa lebih baik lagi.

When I entered it smelled of cigarettes, the pillow smelled of jigong, the lights were dim 😩 luckily the AC was still cold.
