Very comfortable hotel even though it is far from the city center

DISAPPOINTED! The room smells musty and damp. There are COCKROACHES in the bathroom! The cigarette ashtray trash on the balcony was not cleaned. Plastic trash under the bed was still scattered. Even though there is a large gap to insert a broom and vacuum cleaner. Not Recommended for a room price of 1 million!

plus : suitable for a quiet staycation because it is far from the city center and the hustle and bustle of the streets. the garden and outdoor atmosphere are beautiful, it would be fun to bring children here. good service, the taste of the food is quite good and delicious. minus : for a 5 star hotel, the amenities are very standard. the hotel is quite old so that the room carpet has a lot of stains that have not disappeared. the aroma of the pillow or blanket smells like there is a musty smell. so too when having breakfast there is a musty aroma on the table. the color of the towels is no longer white, they are dull and the absorbency has decreased because they are old. it seems like there needs to be maintenance and rejuvenation.

I booked a room on the king bed application, when I checked in I was given a twin bed. After complaining, I blamed the application for being wrong. The towels were also not available, had to be requested first, and the delivery took a long time.

Everything is safe and OK. Only the room scent needs to be updated. Musty smell. And lots of ants

really the most comfortable place for Staycation in Pekanbaru with family ... the atmosphere makes the kids happy ... in the morning you can jog around the street while enjoying the fresh air ... the food is really great with lots of menu choices .. happy to be able to stay here ..next time hopefully I can stay again ... 🥰🥰🫶🫶

Away from the crowd. Good food. Bring children above 7 years old to pay for breakfast.

I took the deluxe elite type, the room is spacious and has a balcony with a view of the pond with an elephant statue and a stretch of trees, it's great to see in the morning or even in the evening. The area is quiet, it's great for a family staycation. At the time of arrival, there weren't many guests staying, so the breakfast (for main dishes) was by req (no buffet). For pastry, salad, fruit porridge, etc., it's still a buffet. The food tastes good. Overall it's still fun.
