Hope to see you again! Good morning! We checked in late at 8 PM. The hotel's atmosphere is unique yet impressive, and the room is complete with amenities beyond a 3-star hotel. It's also clean, especially the bathroom. The food, as it includes breakfast, was delicious and perfectly suited to our tastes. There wasn't much they could do to help us because we went straight to bed, but during breakfast, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The highlight was that despite our late arrival, the room was satisfactory, so we weren't disappointed. The room rates are relatively affordable, so please continue the promotions. The location is quite strategic, even though it's not in the city center, as public transportation is increasingly integrated for South Jakarta.

Booked a room, didn't know it was connected to another room. They gave me a room with a connecting door, so I turned on the TV, listened to YouTube, and complained!! Even though YouTube is noisy, people usually don't complain. Besides, why were they given a room with a connecting door! It was uncomfortable because people called me noisy on the phone, even though I wasn't.

Good.. The atmosphere is sealed.. If you go south, the atmosphere is good, close to the MRT station & shopping center.

It was a pleasure to stay here during the meetings and business trip. Hope I’ll be back to stay here.

Friendly and efficient receptionists, security who help with complaints, and housekeeping who are responsive in their service, make the Swiss Bell Inn Simatupang Hotel a recommendation for staying during your vacation in Jakarta.

Staff were friendly, room was spacious and clean. The shower stall had no curtains and only half of a door, so the outside area of the shower ended up getting wet all the time after a shower and a water puddle always forms outside the shower every time. The restaurant food (bakso and nasi goreng) were not so good and they were very expensive. Better to just order delivery which will be delivered to the security guard just outside the lobby.

Here I am happy to be able to sleep at Swiss Bell Simatupang because of the close access to everywhere and all the facilities here support my needs, I had time to swim and exercise, so I want to stay here again.

Had a great time here, with a clean room, professional and warm service from the receptionist and housekeeping staff. Recommended place to stay if you wanted to be near transportation services (there is an MRT station and a bus stop near the hotel, only about 5-8 minutes walk), supermarket, or restaurants (Poins Square right besides the hotel; they have Diamond Supermarket and several restaurants there). (+): Clean and cozy room, attentive housekeeping staff that offers to clean your room, lots of variety for breakfast and delicious food, clean bathroom with hot water, Wi-Fi works really well too. (-): Sometimes the water heater didn't really work, I have to wait about 10 minutes for the water to heat up. Parking space is quite limited, especially during the holiday season, and one time I tried to phone the receptionist from my room, but the number doesn't seem to work

Very comfortable and slept well

I asked for a breakfast box because I had to leave early. There really wasn't any side dishes, just fried rice with fried vermicelli, chili sauce, and cucumber. Not even a piece of chicken. That was the result of a debate with the customer service. At the beginning of the month, I asked if a breakfast box was available at 5:30 AM, and they said yes. After I bought a voucher for a room with breakfast, I was told the breakfast box only included bread.

This is my third stay. The water isn't hot, but everything else is fine.

The hotel was great, close to everywhere. The room was also quite large and nice. So far, it's clean, nothing dirty. It was perfect to be given a room with a street view, so I could see the city lights.

This is a hotel I recommend if you're visiting South Jakarta. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent.

It is extraordinary, the friendliness of the Swissbellin Hotel staff is beyond doubt and if there is something needed it is handled quickly, the cleanliness of the room is very good if after making up the room can return to its original state.

The hotel is located in a very strategic location, very close to Poin Square and Poin Mall Lebak Bulus, Cilandak Town Square, just a short walk to the MRT station, from the hotel room you can see the view of the MRT passing by, which is very popular with children, the hotel ambiance is good and clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and quite varied.
