Nice and clean rooms, lake view, spacious parking, the hotel is a bit far from the main market.

Everything was fine except breakfast. The only protein was eggs, no chicken. The rooms were okay, they'd been renovated.

The hotel ambience is great and wonderful view on Lake Toba. Good for family. However, quite far from Parapat Town.

The swimming pool was not very clean, covered in moss, and looked like it hadn't been cleaned, both the children's and adult pools. The room was comfortable, but very noisy. Sound could be heard from the balcony of the next room, and no hotel staff warned guests who were noisy on the balcony late at night and disturbing other guests. The view was nice, and the food was quite good.

Room cleanliness needs attention. I checked in to a wet and dirty room floor that hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom was also muddy and had towel marks that hadn't been cleaned. The hotel facilities need maintenance, especially the children's play area. There's also no Wi-Fi.

Overall, it's still good. It's just that when I stayed, the generator was having problems, so the electricity went out repeatedly. I booked 2 rooms, 1 of the rooms I stayed in had a cockroach. Is it because it wasn't visible, maybe when it was swept?

I like staying here. The view was amazing. The staffs are friendly. I would love to come back again. It’s my second time there and definitely will come again.
