The bathroom smelled musty, and the water was cloudy, so I had to wash my face with mineral water. The sheets were poorly cleaned, with stains under the blanket. It was my fault for not filing a complaint and documenting the situation beforehand. I ended up being asked to pay a fine. This will be my first and last stay at this hotel. I highly do not recommend this hotel. It's better to go to the hotel next door, which is much cheaper and much cleaner.

Comfortable and close to the city center, the hotel is affordable.

I stayed for 3 days, from the first day I asked for bathroom soap to be filled until the 3rd day it was not filled even though I had already sounded out the receptionist, and finally that night I called the receptionist and was brought a bottle of drinking water filled with soap, the food was not varied, there was no elevator. Thank you.

The downside is there is no elevator, it's a shame if you bring elderly people, for the bathroom you have to ask for soap on the first day because it ran out but it hasn't been refilled on the second day of your stay. Breakfast is not very varied, the room is quite clean

The location is quite strategic. I stayed for 2 nights. The first day, I made a reservation via the app. In my special request, I requested a room on the 1st floor and non-smoking. When I checked in, I was immediately given a room on the 3rd floor and a smoking room, because the app said they didn't allow rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors, even though the room type was the same. My suggestion is to replace the towels; they were torn at the edges and black.

If possible, a lift could be built because it's quite hard to climb 4 floors of stairs, and a kettle could be provided, the bathroom equipment is not complete.

The staff are very friendly and very helpful, the only downside is there is no lift, but there are staff who will help you carry your luggage to your room.

I like staying here, the room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel is also delicious. There are many food vendors and clothing stores around the hotel. In front of the hotel there is a cinema, the latest films and affordable prices (40 thousand). There is also a coffee shop while waiting for the film to air.

Overall it's okay. The rooms are clean, there is warm water, the staff and security guards are friendly. There's just no elevator, so if you get a room on the 3rd floor it's not good. Wifi is also unstable. And breakfast doesn't have much variety, but the taste is okay.

I've stayed at Agung 2 times, it's really good in terms of the price, which is only 300 thousand, according to the facilities available. There is breakfast, cold air conditioning, soft beds and pillows, even bolsters too, hot water is smooth, only breakfast is plain white rice, fried rice or yellow rice like it's better.

The wifi is really slow, everything else is good. No cups in the room. Cleanliness is good ac is also good.

The place is not much different from a 5 star hotel. It's just tired if you go up and down hehe 😂.

The hotel does not have an elevator, there is still a room on the 1st floor, I was ordered to go up to the 3rd floor, hoping that what I did above was sacrificed, where I brought a big big suitcase, wow, the room is also dirty, the yellow sheets, the bathroom smells, the room also has a sticky floor- sticky, never in the mop, breakfast also runs out, everything is not good, hotel prices are not cheap, the 4 day plan in Kendari is enough for 1 day at this hotel, not recommended, it's really disappointing.

Every time you go to Kendari, you will definitely stay here because it's already comfortable, friendly service, clean, easy access because it's in the middle of the city.

The drinking bottle only takes one, you say take two … the room smells of cigarette smoke.

There are no closets, the 3rd floor rooms have to go through the stairs, and there was a terrible incident that the bathroom door suddenly opened by itself.
