At first I was really happy because I could check in early and the staff at the FO greeted me warmly, I asked 'can I check in at this hour?' and the guy said if I wanted to check the room and confirm first. Then after that I was allowed to enter the room. From the beginning I didn't find a towel and thought this hotel just didn't provide it (it had been checked beforehand by the FO guy). Around 10/11 *cmiiw* I was informed that there was a tank drain and the water would be turned off, and I just went to sleep. Until 2 pm I woke up, the water hadn't turned on. It turned on at 6 pm :) imagine you had to poop and hold it for hours waiting for the water to turn on. At noon when checking out I had another problem, because the housekeeping said there were no towels in my room. I told the FO that there were no towels in my room from the start and insisted why I didn't ask the staff. By God, I didn't think about it, because from the beginning they said the room was ready so I thought this hotel just doesn't provide towels. I've shown proof of the chat at 3 pm that I asked my sister to be offered a towel, and I've also called my sister to make sure she didn't bring a hotel towel. The officer insisted that every room must have a towel, and it must have been checked the day before. Of course I said that on the day of my arrival, the officer had checked it and I asked the officer if there was no towel or not, the officer's face was also confused.
