The night light was not on, it was very difficult to lock the door just to get in. The blanket was not suitable for use in a hotel class, the bathroom water smelled and was very musty.

strategic location, but for input, it would be better if the room was given a fragrance so that it doesn't smell so musty, and with that price you should get a toothbrush and toothpaste but this one doesn't.

Thank you for the hospitality of the staff, very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is quite comfortable. The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied. Cleanliness is sufficient, the bathroom area can be improved.

A comfortable hotel in the city center with affordable prices. Got a twin bed type room, the room is spacious, the bathroom is clean, hot water is ready, the minus is the AC cannot be turned on. This hotel is equipped with an elevator, very helpful when bringing elderly parents/family. Success always for Surya Asia Hotel.

I spent the night here because I saw the reviews & ratings. I booked 2 rooms & got on the second floor. 3 (311 & 312). The room smells musty, the walls are damp, the ceiling is uneven, lots of gaps, dull, dirty toilet, room curtains. Moldy shower especially room 311. Then I complained (311) & was moved to the floor. 1 (103) which has been renovated & can only move to 1 room. In room 103 it is cleaner even though the sheets & blankets still smell musty, the furniture is still old & the room. Bathing also couldn't be said to be clean (there was still a feeling of discomfort).

When you want to extend your stay at the hotel next door, it's full, immediately check the Surya Asian application, there are still rooms, book straight away. Not bad for a place to rest after exploring Dieng.

I didn't have time to take photos because I checked in late at night and checked out in the morning, but the experience of staying was quite pleasant, the room was comfortable, AC, hot water, TV, lights, everything worked, I gave permission to check in late at night and the hotel OK, thank you. Then, for the breakfast menu, there is a lot of variety. Coincidentally, I brought a baby who was MPASI and the hotel provided chicken porridge breakfast, I also liked the other menus, overall the hotel service was very good and kind, God willing, I'll stay again next time, thank you Surya Asia Hotel, thank you apps
