The room and toilet were clean, with towels and toothbrushes provided. There was a shower overhead, but no shower cap, making it a bit difficult to avoid getting your hair wet. The room was adequate, allowing for prayer in the room. I only had a room with a dripping AC, but the water dripped in a way that didn't disturb me. Overall, I was pleased with the staff's quick response to any complaints. I've stayed here numerous times because it's comfortable and offers an airport shuttle.

This is a cheap but classy hotel, highly recommended for those transiting through Soetta airport, and it is very close to the airport, only 10 minutes away.

(+) - Staffs are very friendly & helpful - Room is quite spacious - Free shuttle to and from airport and hotel (biggest plus point) - Clean bathroom (-) - Room kinda dirty (needs maintenance) and there are lot of stains on bed - Meals come in box and not really good value of money considering the foods inside but the taste is good enough
