Actually the service is very good and friendly. But I was disappointed with the facilities not in accordance with what was on Traveloka. When the hotel complained, they argued that it was old data, then why wasn't it changed. Then when I entered the room I was very surprised. Dusty dirty room. And there are some broken items in the taro in the room. Feels like a warehouse. The lotus is very dusty. The blanket was also a lot of dust so I swelled because it was itchy. After 1 night I asked for a change then immediately replaced. The hotel should be more attentive. Maybe because there is a corona virus the hotel is quiet, but at least when you know there will be guests staying the room can be checked or cleaned first. Hope it can be better

The hotel is beautiful with lots of trees and swimming pools, only the shower is not heavy, for a nice western style breakfast, large rooms, unique rooms, friendly receptionists, the location is quite strategic when it's rather difficult to find the hotel, all okay.

The manager is very friendly and the security factor is very guarded by the manager.

For a standard room, breakfast, bathtub, spacious room, facing the swimming pool, there is a terrace, cold air conditioning, daily cleaning, soap and mineral water, tidy every day, friendly staff, calm, clean swimming pool, strategic location near the beach and 2 malls, near the atm, lots of places to eat. Really recommended. Only the trash isn't in the toilet.

The price wasn't expensive for a stay with breakfast and swimming pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's located within walking distance to Kuta beach and the Discovery mall. Breakfast was made to order and the options were varied from fried rice, fried noodle, sandwich, eggs and sausages. The room was okay, but I didn't like the fact that some parts of the wall were dirty and moldy as I have a toddler who always touches wall. The room wasn't cleaned every day. It was only cleaned once during our 5 nights stay. There was an electric kettle in the room, but the cups were changed only once when the room was cleaned. The tea/coffee/sugar were only put in the room on day 1 and they didn't give you bottled water/toilet paper/facial tissue unless you asked for it. There was no hand soap in the bath room and the toiletries were very limited. Only 3 tiny bottles of shampoo and 1 tiny bottles of soap for 5 nights stay.

Nice room yet affordable! :) this is family owned hotel and the family are very nice. Location is good too!

Clean and comfortable, very near to my event venue

A wonderful place. the small but very useful and clean pool is surrounded by tress and high plants, so it's mostly shady even when sunny. in a way I like a lot. the rooms are big and good. the people were very nice with me and my stuff stayed safe wherever I left it.

Comfortable, noisy, adem many trees, nuance bali really, cool Ac, friendly people, going kemana2 near, near Mall, Airport, Kuta Beach, many culinary out. Gak nyesel nginap here, next time must come here again, oh yes if want to rent a motor here also there can be 1 day, so ga need to rent a motorcycle near the airport that must be at least 2 days rent his bike

Service seemed to be his own family

Very nice hotel with friendly people. Room, bathroom and balcony are super. Good breakfast. Location is great in a quiet alley but near the beach, lovely warungs and shopping malls and not to close to the touristic crowds. I had a pleasant stay here.
