The room smells of cigarette smoke, the room is not very clean, the toilet is a bit clogged. The parking lot is spacious but not maintained.

The network in the room does not support 2G/E. The sheets still have stains. Hopefully it can be better 🙏.

Even though I ordered a deluxe room, the condition of the room and the facilities were very lacking. I got hot water facilities for bathing but it turned out there was none. The condition of the room floor was dirty, the smell of cigarette smoke and cigarette ash was still on the table even though I had ordered a non-smoking room because I have small children. I chose a deluxe room to get a different comfort from other types of rooms, but it turned out to be more or less. A bit disappointed in the future to prioritize guest comfort when staying.

Selimut kotor. Kamar tidak terjangkau sinyal. Tidak ada jendela tapi bukan room non smoking. Jadi kamar bau rokok.

Hotel nya perlu renovasi biar tambah bagus.
