Incidentally, when I stayed there, the aura in the room wasn't good, the AC wasn't cold, so I didn't feel comfortable staying there for long.

I've stayed here twice. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The AC is cold, and the water heater works well.

My family and I stayed here for 1 night. This hotel is very strategic because it is located on Jl. A. Yani, the main gate to enter the city of Surabaya. Access from Juanda Airport is about 20 minutes. The room is clean, complete with facilities such as cable TV, Wi-Fi, a refrigerator that works well, and a hairdryer. For rooms with twin beds, you can enjoy the view of Jl A Yani from the room. The room is cooled by Central AC, which is sometimes a bit complicated to adjust the temperature which often changes, but most importantly there is a bidet/jetwasher in the toilet. The breakfast menu is varied from rice, side dishes, bread, pastries, various fruit juices, cereals to cotton candy and ice cream. Too bad the ice cream place is locked, so you can't get it. The swimming pool is on the rooftop with a nice city view, perfect for relaxing with children while seeing the city view from above. The elevator was a bit crowded during peak hours, because the hotel has 30 floors. Hotel guests can request free parking from the lobby when checking out. Outside the lobby, there is a AW restaurant and Mie Gacoan which are open 24 hours. There is also an Alfamart minimarket, but it is closed after 10 pm. This hotel is close to Royal Plaza Mall and Trans Icon Mall.

I stayed on June 23-25, 2025 with my wife for a vacation.. the facilities are good, the breakfast is delicious and varied.. even though I checked in early, it was still possible... additional orangbuntik breakfast is a bit expensive..

The hotel is quite strategic, close to bus stops and MRT. Around the location there are many workers from IBP (India, Bangladesh & Pakistan). Nearby there is also a mosque and delicious halal Indian food.

actually okay, room wise okay but on the first day I stayed there the electricity in the room was problematic it went out completely in the middle of the night luckily the staff was quick helped me move rooms so far okay
