The waiter is very bad, given up not going to stay here again.

The room is dirty with a lot of dust inside and outside the room has a lot of bird droppings, the main point is not clean, there are no clean towels, not really comfortable at all.

The staff is friendly, only the cleanliness of the room and room facilities are still lacking.

When staying in the room there were cigarette marks that were not cleaned in the room. The bath also has cigarette marks, the room is dirty.

Worse, from our arrival we wanted to check in there was no one to look after it. The water was off from 8pm, until we got home. If we could get the money back, we would definitely cancel it.

Very dissatisfied, the mattress and sheets made itchy 2 maybe dirty, no glasses, hot water did not light up, had to be called first and then repaired, for a good view of the mountains it made me feel at home, but the hotel was dirty.

Lots of small animals on the sheets. The room like it hasn't been replaced with the sheets, the water is also cloudy.

I have already booked but Kok hotel no one stay facility there just cant work properly the pool is dirty, no reception, no water, no security guard, no eating place, not great to direcomended to others i already paid but disappointed with the condition of his place so yahh I do not stay choose just move it elsewhere yah itung itung dispose sial lahh

Swimming pool does not work, drinking water is not provided by the heater Water does not work while the area is very cold, guest list 4 people breakfast is only provided 3 people while foraging is very difficult The hotel does not sell lunch or dinner
