This is my first time staying at this hotel while in Jogja, and I got a great deal for 3 nights, only 360k Rupiah, and it's really close to the city center and the station. The staff are friendly and the environment is super safe. It was just a bit of a challenge yesterday to get a room on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator, huhu. But the other facilities are really good for a hotel at that price. For those looking for a hotel just to rest and do more outside activities, this is worth it, guys. Book well in advance to get a cheap price 🫶🏻

Everything was fine. The only problem was that the toilet floor in my room was slippery due to water seepage. I had to report it to the staff to have it cleaned. Overall, it was fine and the price was very affordable.

The bathroom is not very clean, the hot water doesn't work properly, the towels, sheets, and blankets smell bad, even giving me a headache because of the smell 😭. Improve the cleanliness!

Super value for money and friendly staff. The environment was clean and comfortable. Many eating places nearby too. Good exercise to walk to Malioboro Street from this hotel (about 10 minutes). I love the walking. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks Zamrud Hotel.

Value for money accommodation if you're only staying in the hotel for sleeping and bathing. Most of the time we were travelling during the day and the budget hotel suited our needs. We will definitely stay there again.

Overall, this hotel is great, very clean and well maintained, security is good, the staff are friendly, only the wifi is a bit slow.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and it was a perfect place to rest for 3 nights. The only thing lacking was the scent in the bedroom and towels. Hopefully, the fabric freshener will be better in the future. The price is highly recommended. I'd definitely stay here again next time. The hotel area is quiet.

Friendly service, water dispenser and wifi provided

It's quite close to everything. Near Lempuyangan Station and Malioboro.

There were no issues with the service, just that the hotel facilities were lacking. The door handle was loose, the bathroom floor was slippery, the TV didn't work, the towels smelled of the sun (they smelled like they'd been drying for 3 days and 3 nights), the sink was a little clogged, and the description said I'd ordered a king bed and got a double bed, but it was okay.

I wouldn't recommend the room cleanliness. The upstairs rooms are really creepy. I don't know what to make of the downstairs rooms, they're like old hotels. Sorry, I didn't like it. At Rp300,000, it's quite expensive.

The bathroom was not very clean, the toiletries were incomplete, and there was only a little soap.

Power outage, no generator, smelly towels, bathroom lock loose, dirty sheets, itchy all over when sleeping, AC not cold.

The staff is friendly, but the only downside is that there's no elevator, so carrying your suitcase upstairs is a bit of an effort.

The sheets and blankets were dirty and smelled of urine. I complained but it was ignored even though I booked 2 suites for 2 nights. The bathroom floor was dirty and had never been cleaned. The AC and hot water were okay, but the rest was very lacking.

This was my first time staying here. The service was good, the hotel facilities were good, neat, and clean. The location is close to the station. The bed made me sleep soundly, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the AC was cold. I'd love to stay here again. Thank you for the service ☺

The bathroom was dirty and smelly, the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed, the room was damp, dim, and scary. The room on the third floor without an elevator was very tiring.
