The place is cool, there are many children's playgrounds.. the prices are friendly, the place is cool, the rafting rides are okay.. the breakfast menu is not much.

Actually it's fine. For the cleanliness of the room is not well maintained with a total price of 800 thousand because there are many spider webs and the wi-fi is slow. The front office service is good, the only minus is the pick-up service which in my opinion is too long, the longest wait was at night at 7 pm, but the pick-up was at 8 o'clock for about 1 hour, they should be able to add more employees so that there are more round trips. And lastly, the flying fox ride was not working, information from the employee because there were no employees who could back up or in other words there were not enough employees.

There were a lot of people in front of the standard room staff/crew, so we ended up upgrading the room.

The service is good. The food is delicious. The place is spacious.

The climb to the top is quite long. The road is narrow, but it's just right for two small cars. However, buses are a bit tricky. Access is via a fairly steep incline, and there are two entrances. The location is nice, with plenty of play areas for kids and families. There's mini rafting. As for accommodation, there are plenty of options and they're clean, but there are quite a few because there are so many parks nearby.

My first staycation experience because God allowed it, and I chose to try Camp Hulu Cai. The staff were friendly, the chat was fast to respond, I asked a lot of questions via chat and they were all answered. We created a group chat while there, the breakfast was delicious, the atmosphere was cool even though it was drizzling, and it was really satisfying. Hopefully I'll have the good fortune to come back here again. Thank you to all the staff.

woooow amazing. will come back here again. love the atmosphere. overall good. just walk from the room to the rides or to the front office is uphill. although there are warawiricar, but the wait is quite long. finally choose to walk. love the breakfast place. can see the beautiful view from above. love it again made a special group for visitors. so it's easy to communicate because our room is below far fo. love the mini rafting and flying fox, and the foam bath. got a Kaliandra room which is very spacious with a bathtub..

The hotel staff was very friendly. I booked at 2 PM on the day of my stay and my room was ready at Villa Rambutan, which was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and varied.

Beautiful views, great photo spots, and lots of kids' activities. The a la carte menu is quite good, but the breakfast lacks flavor.

The weather was nice, but the breakfast wasn't much of a choice. The mini rafting was only done once, which wasn't very exciting, but the rest was good.
