My first experience at this hotel was very uncomfortable. Guest data was leaked to unknown parties, threatening guests—this is very concerning.

Worst hotel, terrible service, stupid receptionist. I lost 1 million rupiah for 2 rooms. The worst hotel I've ever encountered. I booked a room on the wrong date, asked for a reschedule, and no confirmation was given. I asked for a refund, but no supervisor was available. The receptionist didn't know the dates, and was stupidly slow. I was left waiting, ignored, and given no help. I was pregnant and had stomach pains, but I was ignored. In the end, I accepted the loss of my money without even staying. I'll reconsider staying here.

This was my first time staying here and it was a great experience. Next time I visit Sampit, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.
