On vacation with my extended family, I happened to get a room occupied by athletes during a competition, so we had to wait for the room to be cleaned and any belongings left behind. However, I recommend this for a family vacation seeking peace and comfort. The pool is quite clean and the setting is right next to the Taman Ujung Karangasem tourist attraction.

Fun. Calm and comfortable.

The room is big. The bed is also OK. Clean enough. There is a kitchen, a large bathroom. The closet is old and a bit dirty. Unfortunately the windows are designed less efficiently, less thinking about privacy so that it needs additional blinds, curtains. Access to Taman Ujung is easy, only about 500 to 700m.

Staying at Taman Heavenly Resort & Spa was very pleasant. The place is beautiful, beautiful. The rooms are clean and tidy. The management and staff are very friendly and very helpful for us both in terms of information and other things. If visiting East Bali I highly recommend this place.

Letaknya agak dalem, tapi sekali sampai bener-bener surgawi. Bagus, pelayanan oke. Kamarnya oke, sarapannya cukup baik, swimming poolnya bersih banget. Sayang sampainya sore dan check in 1 hari aja jadi renang-renang sebentar sore ke malamnya. Untuk kebersihan tempat tidur kurang, bantalnya agak bau. Tapi oke banget ini worth it kalau ke Karangasem.

A nice hotel in the east end of Bali. Keliatan laut from the hotel close to the end of the water palace. staff are friendly, food is standard only. very large room suitable for families. Suitable honeymoon. Calm down the condition.

The hotel is quite good in the area, but it is ancient and the bathrooms are not integrated with the main room. For breakfast it is very lacking, there are only noodles, fried rice and eggs. Not worth it, but because in this area this is only a good one, so it's okay.

The hotel is very nice, the swimming pool is spacious and the staff is also very friendly. However, calm is disturbed because the loud speakers from the nearest mosque are very loud, every morning, afternoon and dusk. The comfort of staying and the trully Balinese atmosphere diminishes, very unfortunate. Hopefully there is a solution.

AC not cold. The clerk came to say that maybe there was less freon, and in all rooms the conditions were right.

The rooms are big, clean and the atmosphere is calm. the location of the hotel is rather inland and quiet. If the group is good for example company events, retreats, Dalal, but if it's just a family, especially just the two of them, it will be uncomfortable because the hotel is quiet.
