Great, the hotel is clean, the rooms are big and the parking is spacious, it was a pleasure to stay at Grand Malindo Bukit Tinggi.

+ Staff and service - Room lighting is a bit dim A little disappointed with Traveloka, because I got a more expensive price on Traveloka compared to the price listed at the reception if I came directly.

Very strategic location, across from panorama park. Although it is an old hotel, there have been many updates. Large, clean rooms, ok bathroom, ok AC, ok service. Only lacking smooth wifi, but not a big problem. The bathroom is not soundproof, you can hear the voices of the staff in the next room (coincidentally got the room at the end, near the staff room). Overall the hotel is ok. It's just that the room is not soundproof and on the 2nd floor there is a smell of cigarette smoke coming into the room.

Minus the AC is not cold enough. Plus close to everywhere.

Hotelnya bersih, lokasi sangat strategis untuk jalan santai keliling Kota Bukittinggi. Karyawannya ramah. Recommended hotel sejak SMA.

Kamar nya bersih banget, ga ada hairdryer di kamar mandi.

Kamarnya bersih, luas, sarapannya juga enak. Cocok untuk family trip. Apalagi bawa bayi. Nyaman lah.

I had a nice stay there. Ordered two rooms, one room smells damp (probably because the carpet) and the air conditioner is not too cold. The bathroom on the other room had no exhaust so you need to open the window if you want to smoke. The plus point that it close to panorama park (sianok canyon and lobang jepang) and pical sikai, also the staffs are very nice. A reminder to always check outside your window before you open it if your room facing the back area, the monkeys from panorama park would probably playing in the roof or sitting on the ac fan outside.

DISAPPOINTED! Can't request a queen bed, so sorry my mattress was messed up. And I swear. Lots of cockroaches too 😌.
