It's been 2 days but I got a room where the AC wasn't cold at all, it's hot, man.

First, I got a room with a completely cold AC. Then I asked to move rooms, but I got the same room as the first, with the AC constantly turning off and on. I notified the receptionist, but the engineer still hasn't arrived.

The facilities were far from what we expected. The bed covers, towels, and sheets were filthy, and there was no hot water. You had to ask for shoes to leave the bathroom, only to be given a torn towel, and the AC was leaking. Very disappointed.

Friendly staff, good service. However, there were several German cockroaches found in the room, please return them. The shower hose is leaking. The water heater is working at maximum speed, which is enough to console the disappointment. 😊

In the room, the sink water was not flowing, the toilet water was not flowing, the AC was not working, the TV remote & AC remote were missing, even though we had conveyed this to the receptionist, it was not fixed.
