At first, I was a bit nervous after reading other reviews, but after staying there for two days, the place was quite nice. Some of the stairs leading to the beach were slippery, and I fell and bruised myself, but the staff was kind enough to find me a massage therapist. Several other incidents were handled well. The food was quite delicious, especially on the first day when they were brought to my room. The atmosphere was comfortable for parents and children. The location is quite close to everything, especially next to restaurants and Alfamart. I will be back on my next vacation. It's top notch!

Disappointing for a suite-class room: the TV only had one channel, and it was blurry. Breakfast was just fried rice and a maximum of two eggs (even though there were three of us with our child). Drinks were only plain tea and syrup. If I'd known that, I would have avoided taking breakfast (breakfast was served outside). There was no tea, coffee, or sugar in the room.

Cleanliness should hopefully be improved in all areas, and the bathrooms are particularly bad.

I chose this hotel because of its Preferred Partner status on the app and stayed for two nights, booking two Suite rooms with my family. What I appreciated most was the entire hotel staff, who were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. From the front desk and the room attendants to the restaurant staff, everyone provided excellent service. I also appreciated the hotel's prompt cleaning of the swimming pool, so it was clean and ready to use the next day. The hotel restaurant also deserves praise. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant; the prices were very affordable and the food was quite good. This is a plus point I rarely find in hotels in this price range. However, there are a few things that need attention. The television in the room was unusable during my stay until I checked out. Furthermore, there was a discrepancy between the photos/amenities of the Suite room shown during booking and the condition of the room I received. I think the breakfast menu included in the package could be improved. During my stay, the menu of fried rice, eggs, and crackers didn't quite live up to expectations. In my opinion, the quality of this hotel's human resources is excellent. What needs to be improved is the management of hotel facilities and operations to align with the service provided by its staff. With improvements in these areas, I'm confident the guest experience will be significantly improved.

This is my second time here, and it's still comfortable. When the tide is low, you can fish right out to sea. The kids love being able to hunt for sea creatures among the coral.

Stayed here overnight, so far so good, no disappointments. The price is right for the room. There's a private beach, and it's free for hotel guests, no entrance fee. The AC is really cold, and I got a room with a smart TV. It's just a bit cramped. The room is clean, but it's a shame the water pressure is low. It takes a long time to take a shower. Oh yeah, pay more attention to the cleanliness of the pillowcases, as I got one with a stain yesterday.

Very bad. I booked 2 suite rooms, but got a superior room, who knows what. When I complained, the answer was, "Guests can't choose a room because the rooms are random." Well, if it were random, why would there be room types to book? Is it because we booked through an app? Or what? The door handle was about to come off, the toilet water stagnated and smelled, the TV only had one channel. Not to mention the dirty floor access to the room. Please make adjustments. It turns out that after checking the reviews, it turns out the reviews are indeed lacking.

Highly recommended for family vacations

For the price of 500 during a long holiday, it is quite cheap and in accordance with the condition of the accommodation. The price at the restaurant is also pocket-friendly, and for free breakfast they provide fried rice + fried egg and fresh vegetables. It's good that with that price, breakfast is free for 2 people, even though this 3-year-old kid didn't get it, so in the end he bought it at the restaurant, luckily it's cheap 🤣. Salsa Inn has its own private beach so it's safer for kids, when the tide is low, almost the edge of the beach is coral, but after high tide the coral is no longer visible. For the TV, if it can be fixed, because there are no good channels and the TV is shaky, it's better to just turn it off 🤣. You could say that Salsa Inn is a growing building, because the architecture of the building is not clear. But overall, it's okay with a pocket-friendly price and facilities.

TV is broken, can't be used

The place is comfortable, with complete facilities, nice rooms, Android TVs, and cool air conditioning. The only downside is the noise from the standard rooms, but otherwise, it's fine.

Facilities such as the TV remote are missing, and the AC is not cold enough, otherwise it's ok.

Cool, kid-friendly. The atmosphere at night is lively, not quiet.

Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. When I stayed, one of the water taps wasn't working, and please address the security concerns regarding the numerous vendors freely coming and going in the hotel. Hopefully, this feedback can be used for future improvements.

Nice view, cool room

starting from the leaking room, the AC is not cold, the slippery reception area due to leaks, the hotel bathroom is so dirty, naudzubillah, the ceiling above the room has spider webs. - The hotel environment is dirty, lots of trash. - The shower water is very small. - The bathroom bucket is from a paint container. - Breakfast is just fried rice, the staff at the restaurant is also not friendly, and you can only take 1 fried egg if you add it you will be charged. - Dirty plates and tablespoons. - I left my earbuds when I checked out and until today from Sunday, January 18, 2026, my WA has not been responded to. - With that price, I think it is really not good.
