Room prices are quite cheap plus free breakfast, suggestions for aminitis plus toothbrush and paste, because you only get soap.

The air conditioner is not cold enough, there is no hot water, the condition of the door is not good.

Breakfast is delivered without being closed while the delivery man does not wear a mask even though the jember is still PPKM level 3.

We are happy, strategic location, clean rooms, friendly service, good breakfast, cold AC, just suggestions, room lighting is not bright enough.

The staff is friendly but the cleanliness of the rooms is lacking, there is no trash can, no tissue, the air conditioner sometimes turns on sometimes it dies.

Nice and spacious room, even though this is the economy class. The bathroom is clean, the room is cool. The location is also in the middle of the city, near the square. But unfortunately for blanket facilities must be rented, hehe. The rest is okay ☺️
