I had a problem with the AC in my suite and the technician immediately fixed it, but it still didn't improve. I ended up complaining to the front desk and was immediately replaced with another suite. Thank you for the kind response from the hotel staff.

Stayed on June 6-7, 2026 for 2 rooms because a family member was getting married at the same hotel. Arrived at 4 PM, only 1 room was ready. The second room was only available at 6 PM. Logically, what I paid was valid for a 22-hour stay (counting 1 hotel day), so I could request a late check-out for a room that was keyed at 6 PM without getting angry or having the hotel be aware of offering a 2-hour late check-out (4-6 PM). I don't care if the hotel is busy or not, but I demand my rights according to what I paid for. I had agreed on a late check-out at 3 PM, but by 1 PM the next day, the room could no longer be opened. So we argued again to be able to open the room again. Just once.

Downtown. Easy access. So far so good.

I spent the night with my family for the Karawang Half Marathon and found the hotel welcoming. The room was spotless, the food delicious, and everything lived up to the Swiss-Bel standard.

Rooms & Facilities: The rooms are considered very clean, comfortable, and modern. There are adult (1.2m) and children's (0.6m) swimming pools that directly face the city. Service Quality: The hotel staff is known to be very helpful and friendly, often giving a personal impression to guests. Food: The breakfast buffet menu is considered one of the best ("Champion") with a variety of choices and satisfying taste. Strategic Location: Located in the center of Karawang, close to culinary centers, minimarkets, and tourist attractions such as Resinda Park Mall.

The location is quite strategic, and the rooms are okay, but perhaps more attention needs to be paid to cleanliness. The food could be more varied in the future. 👍

The staff and service were excellent. The rooms were clean, but the bathroom drain sometimes had an unpleasant odor.

I had booked a non-smoking room, but when I arrived, I was given one that didn't suit me and smelled strongly of cigarettes. But after I asked for a change, they finally did. Breakfast wasn't very varied, perhaps due to fasting, as I've stayed here before.

The location is okay, the breakfast menu and taste are okay, the only thing lacking is the parking, when I brought two vehicles, one had to be parked... At other hotels, parking is free (maybe it could be considered).

The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. I'd definitely return if I ever come back to Karawang.

The lobby is spacious, but the AC is not cold enough. The staff is friendly and responsive. My room number 1515, neat and clean, only the toilet smells of cigarette smoke. Occasionally near the bed near the window there is also a smell of cigarette smoke. Even though air freshener has been sprayed, the smell of cigarette smoke is still there. The food variety is not much, whether it is delicious or not is relative, and the food refills take quite a long time. But I was surprised when we wanted breakfast, we paid 60 thousand rupiah for my 5-year-old child. But it's okay, we still paid anyway. By the way, at that time we tried the swimming pool facilities and towel facilities or there was no towel guard, so we didn't use their towels. Luckily we brought our own. Suggestion, it's better to have a laundry bag because it is very helpful. It can be used for wet clothes after swimming/dirty. Luckily I brought my own plastic bag. Thank you

I stayed for 2 nights with my family, the room was clean, comfortable, the staff was friendly, but unfortunately for breakfast, the food was not tasty at all, I ate fried rice and the rice was hard, the capcay had no taste, I ate vegetable salad and I don't know what was stale but it had a stale smell, the porridge was also not tasty, the fried food was cold, so basically there was no food that made me want to have more, everything was not tasty, until finally we had breakfast again outside.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The food was delicious. Highly recommended!
