When you first enter the hotel lobby, it smells uncomfortable, then you go up to the second floor and it smells of cigarettes.

The room did not match the one in the application, I wanted to stay for 3 days but was given a room on the 3rd floor but the elevator was not working.

The check-in/out process was easy, but the floor in the room wasn't very clean and the hot water didn't work at all. Hopefully, they'll check this before handing over the room key. Overall, I recommend staying here as a transit point, and the food is adequate.

The room was full of mosquitoes, not very clean, and the sheets and blankets looked like they hadn't been changed. Hopefully, the cleanliness and comfort can be improved. The breakfast menu was delicious.

This was my first stay at the Royal Global Hotel. The room was comfortable, breakfast was included, and the location was great. I'll be back sometime.
