The staff was friendly and kind. Unfortunately, the room and AC weren't cool enough, and everything felt sticky, as if it hadn't been cleaned properly. The toilet smelled of urine, and the towels and sheets were stained. It was a bummer. Tissues weren't provided either.

Stayed for 2 nights (just after 17th), the hotel staff was quite friendly and helpful, parking was easy, and it was also close to Gajah Mada Plaza. The room was also quite spacious and comfortable, the AC was very cold (this is a plus), it was really great. Everything was really good, considering the price and the room's strategic location. The only thing was there were small cockroaches, if this could be resolved, it would be even better. Overall, very satisfied and recommended 👍
