I stayed on the 3rd floor, maybe the hotel can consider having a lift.

Got a room on the 3rd floor with the best view, the downside is there's no elevator 😂 so it's quite tiring going up and down the stairs. Hopefully the hotel can consider adding an elevator/escalator considering that many guests might bring children/elderly people, but so far the room, breakfast, and location are very nice and clean, it's really comfortable to stay here.

But please upgrade the AC, because for a hotel like this, it's not very cool. That's the only downside.

Soon want to stay here again, comfortable atmosphere.

Clean room, no cigarette smell. Clean toilet, good hot water. There are 2 wide beds (junior suite type) in front of the swimming pool, very close to the beach. Friendly staff, 10 out of 5 star service. The check-in process was not long, only 5 minutes. Fast WiFi. The TV is smart, installed Disney, Prime, Netflix, Youtube. Restaurant: Breakfast has a variety of delicious flavors, only 1 thing is missing, the animal protein is lacking (no chicken or beef), otherwise I am satisfied. If you want to order food at the restaurant, the price is reasonable, not too expensive. Ample parking. Next time I will choose Surya Kencana again if I want to stay in Pangandaran. I stayed 1 night at Suryakencana, right at noon, from 10 am the room's AC, the power outlet could not be used because there was a simultaneous AC blackout. Sorry, just a suggestion, if you want to fix the AC and other facilities, it's better after the guest has checked out, because honestly, it's very annoying. The air in Pangandaran on the 30th was quite hot, plus the AC and power outlets didn't work, it felt like being politely kicked out, even though I paid quite a lot for a junior room. For the front office staff, the score is 10/10, very nice... As for the food, it's not very varied. Hopefully the service can be improved further.
