Bad alias dud room 520. First, the TV channel doesn't work because the cable TV is slow so it keeps turning off. I've tried to fix it with a technician, but it's still the same. Second, the AC isn't cold at all, even though the temperature is 16 it still isn't cold. In short, room 520 is dud. I've been to Aiqo hotel several times and always get the 2nd floor and the rooms are all okay, no problems. The TV broadcast is good & the AC is very cold. Please pay attention to room 520. Thank you.

Room 5/5: Complete and functional amenities, except for the missing tissues. Cleanliness 3/5: Upon arrival, the toilet smelled a bit like urine, and the mattress and pillows smelled musty. Staff 5/5: Good, communicative, and friendly. The security was a bit different. Previously, someone helped carry luggage, but yesterday, there wasn't one.

I've stayed here twice, it's a comfortable place.

The doormat was very dirty, and the towels smelled terribly, as if they had never been washed. The bedsheets had lipstick marks from a woman's lips, the pillows smelled, and the mattress was a bit gritty, as if the sheets hadn't been changed. I was confused about washing my hands in the sink; the faucet was too far from the hole, making it difficult to get the water.

not recommended, smelly room, smelly mattress and pillows, lots of hair, lots of dust, Indomie for breakfast, the bread is soggy that it can't be toasted, smoking is allowed in the coffee shop (eating place), wow, it's not good at all, if it's not urgent, I won't want to go again, regret it!
