The hotel location was great, in the middle of the city. Easy to reach. It was a short vacation, i spent most of my time outside of the hotel, so i didn't mind any fancy hotel facilities. However, i was disappointed when the room smelled like smoking room. The staffs were helpful enough for offering to change the sheet. They sprayed with room refresher, but it couldn't erase the smoking smell completely. I stayed with my family with children, so smoke smelling room was not good enough.

Good.. All services are good.... Hopefully it will be better in the future

This was my first and last time staying at this hotel. I imagined the Aston Lampung to be as comfortable as any other Aston I've stayed at. Upon entering room 315, the room felt a bit shabby and poorly maintained. One of the bed legs was broken, so I had to ask for it to be fixed. Towels had to be requested before being given. The bathroom toilet looked yellowed. When I showered, the water would leak out of the shower, pooling near the toilet, which could be dangerous if I slipped. Breakfast wasn't particularly tasty, for the same price.

The room is very clean, the bathroom is clean, only the bathroom only has 1 rain shower, there is no shower that can be moved, but overall it is OK

It's quite good, but maybe it's because of the type of room chosen... the bathroom only has a shower, no additional taps and the shower water is a bit small

The hotel is pleasant, with a swimming pool that's quite kid-friendly. The food is standard for similar hotels. There was a problem with the electric kettle, but the staff quickly replaced it without any hassle. Cheers. The room was comfortable enough, but the bathroom lighting was a bit dim. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay here.🤝

Stayed here because I was on a honeymoon holiday and all the staff greeted me, wishing me a happy wedding so embarrassed 🤭🤗. The service was really good, the staff were all friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast menu was varied with lots of choices, the location was very strategic and thank God my request for a room with a good view was really given, thank you. Next time I go to Lampung, I won't skip staying at Aston, highly recommended.

Extend from the plan to only stay 1 day

I stayed at Aston about 2 years ago and the service was still OK.

It would be better if the outside windows to see the view were cleaned so that the view can be seen clearly, for the service and food I was very satisfied.

Check-in was delayed; my family and I weren't able to check in until after 3:00. It was a bit annoying because we were exhausted and hoping to get some rest right away. The floor was damp upon check-in, as if it had just been mopped. There was a lot of black scale on the bathroom walls and mold on the shower glass, which should have been cleaned. The food tasted okay, with a wide variety. Please provide bottled water in the room, as it's a hassle to fill the kettle at the dispenser in the hallway.

For a fairly high price, the room cleanliness is very lacking, the sheets are dirty and make your body itch, take a sea view, the price is more expensive than a regular view, but what you get is like the photo, the sea is not very visible, what is clearly visible is the parking lot and trees.. the service needs to be friendlier, the breakfast tastes standard..
