HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! DISAPPOINTMENT
From the moment I arrived at the reception, they were rude and unhelpful. The reception staff's communication skills needed to be improved, including system details. They didn't understand occupancy rates and extranet management. They couldn't handle complaints, but instead got angry (both Mr. Aldi and the rude girl on the afternoon shift). They had no knowledge of guests, saying things like "I'll help you, sorry, yes, thank you." The information stated that I was getting a room with a view on the 3rd and 2nd floors, but it was blocked by the iron icon.
For a 4-star Aston hotel, room #501 on the 5th floor had two torn towels! In room #316, the toilet was crusty with soap, there were no torn towels, the toilet glass was moldy, and the toilet door was falling off.
However, I was greatly helped by the bellboy and housekeeping who quickly helped my family who were confused about directions, helped deliver snacks, and took the initiative to quickly provide drinks from the dirty, moldy glass dispenser!
It should be repaired immediately because this Aston Lampung City hotel is 4 stars but in reality the facilities and services are actually less than a budget hotel like Fave or Ibis🙏🏻
