I like to go to a hotel that is friendly and comfortable for children, the first time I saw the reviews and videos I really liked it so I immediately booked it, but after arriving it was very uncomfortable. The first was the check-in time, which was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, it was delayed to 4:45 PM, and that was after I had to keep standing in front of the reception desk, fortunately it was helped by a welcome drink which I think was an initiative from the staff who saw that we were all too tired with the check-in problem and the friendliness of the staff who even in the hot weather still gave a smile. Secondly for the private pool, even though there was a written schedule, many people still entered outside the schedule, I hope the staff can be a little more aware of the schedule. Hopefully this review can help the hotel so that in the future they can be better in handling problems in the field.

The staff was very friendly. I arrived around 8 AM, and check-in was at 2 PM. The staff advised me to leave my luggage at the hotel. We then planned to walk to the Istiqlal Mosque and then to the National Monument (Monas), as the hotel was that close. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit the Istiqlal Mosque 🥰

For the price of 300-400 thousand rupiah per night, it's very worth it, considering it's located in the center of Jakarta. The room is quite spacious, but the lighting is a bit lacking. The TV is quite large and has cable TV. Wi-Fi is intermittent. The main reason for staying here was the mini water park for children and the private pool concept. However, because I came during the peak season after Eid, the guests were overflowing. The hotel service felt quite overwhelmed, as if there were not enough personnel to handle the guests. Indeed, the main weakness of this hotel is the behavior of its guests, who are unable to maintain cleanliness and order, especially in the restaurant. Food is messy, a lot of food and drinks are wasted, especially since many people bring more than one child, so other guests often run out. The hotel needs to pay attention to this when fully booked, thank you.

It was so crowded when I went down to have breakfast, thank God the food was already gone, there was no seating to eat, so I had to stand and eat only fried rice, no plates, no spoons, there weren't many staff, it seemed like they didn't control who had a coupon and who didn't because they saw everyone coming to eat, huhu

Strategic location if you want to go anywhere, only the water in the bathroom is small and the time for breakfast is until 9 o'clock. If it's 9 o'clock, everything has been cleaned.

The hotel staff was friendly. The facilities were okay, except there was no balcony and the room view was blocked by a wall. The water heater had no settings, so the shower was very hot and the temperature couldn't be adjusted. The TV was smart, but it didn't have a Netflix subscription. Otherwise, it was okay for the price.
