The hotel was clean, the breakfast was top-notch. The pempek was delicious. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. It was a pleasure staying at the Grand Anugerah, close to everything.

I've stayed here many times. But this was the first time I was disappointed. Only at the restaurant. It started with a drink that ran out quickly after being refilled (they were supposed to drink with a spoon). They only said "yes" twice. The syrup refill wasn't sweet. The staff's smile seemed dismissive. And finally, why do you have to order an omelet here? It feels like they're hiding it. When you order, they say, "Sir, are you going to wait in line?" They say, "Okay." But then, they give it to a new customer. Don't do that. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.
