Love staying in this hotel! The lobby and public area are so beautiful, some kind of colonial building yet the room is modern, clean and bright. The bathroom mirror is big and convenient to do makeup

We stayed in the Family Room. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. There is an additional fee if you want to ask for additional towels (10 thousand / towel). The hotel lobby atmosphere is very nice because it maintains the old model of an old-fashioned house & antique furniture. But it seems like they don't provide breakfast, which is not a problem because we choose to eat outside.

Recently I stayed at a hotel that didn't provide breakfast, I couldn't order food either, so I ended up ordering GoFood, but the hotel refused to accept the food, even though I had to leave it for later and I would pick it up. Finally, I had no choice but to ask the GoFood driver to just leave it at the waiting table, whether my food was lost or not, it didn't matter, Allah. The old building downstairs, the hotel room was quite good for that price.

Often stay at this hotel. Still comfortable because it is clean. The lobby area used to be very nice with the knick-knacks of the old building, but now many are gone making the lobby area look poorly maintained.

The lobby is a bit scary, and there is no hot water. But overall it's okay.

- Strategic location for those who don't want to be far from Malang station (new city) - Room comfort could be better because there are wooden floors that make noise when walking. - Cleanliness is satisfactory, the rest is the same

Poor facility cause no towel, no hot water, no coffe and tea.

Our family has stayed at the Alimar Hotel several times at the end of the year. We are satisfied with the service and facilities of this hotel. Hopefully we can stay at this hotel in the future.

The location is very good, it's not difficult to find food. The security guard who guards the night is good, loves animals. The staff is also friendly and fast in serving. The room is very very small. The towels are in poor condition, my bathroom mat at home is better than the condition of the towels from this hotel. Hot water does not come out, the water in the sink is very difficult to come out, you have to press and hold it to come out and it only lasts a short time, imagine having to wash your face, one hand pressing and holding the other to wash. I understand this is a budget hotel, but it's really too much. There are many accommodations in this hotel's price range but offer better quality.
