Check-in and check-out times were too long. We arrived at 1:30 PM, but we waited until 2:30 PM, and it wasn't ready, but someone else was able to process it. The twin room we booked had worn, dirty, and smelly sheets. We asked for a change, and were told they didn't use any fragrance. The bed in the other room was rough and sandy. The hallway smelled musty. Breakfast had a lot of variety, but the porridge and rice noodles were tasteless and overcooked.

The breakfast menu is delicious and there are many choices.

The check-in process was a bit slow because the room wasn't ready, but we were eventually replaced with another room of a higher class.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable.

For business trips, Hotel Neo Palangkaraya is more than adequate. It's located in the same complex as the Palma Mall.

The lobby staff were very friendly, and their explanations of the room information were excellent. I even asked for work clothes to be ironed in the middle of the night, and they still got it done at a reasonable price. The staff are friendly and polite. Keep up the good service!
