expensive, not according to the condition

The staff was welcoming but we were a little rushed. The room is clean and small (which is understandable for Jakarta’s price). But the room feels so sumpek when we first checked in, hope they fix that!

Perfect place to be around Bintaro with good value. The hotel food is mediocre and limited in variety maybe because its next to the mall which is hard to compete. I recommend to not get the breakfast and search food in the mall instead if you want proper and variety. Very much recommended to stay here if you are thinking of staying around Bintaro

Overall, the service was good. The only issue was that the hot water in the bathroom wasn't working during our stay. When contacted, we received two different responses from the receptionist (the room type without hot water and the one currently under construction).

The breakfast menu is not hot and there are not many menu options.

Nice budget hotel that's located beside a shopping mall. Got a nice window view, but room cleanliness can be improved.

The room is nice and tidy, it's just a shame there's no balcony, hehe.

Nice hotel with the strategic location.

Very strategic location Near mini market, really near Bintaro Plaza Mall just a few steps away on foot, near various famous restaurants/cafes, next door is Mitra Keluarga Hospital, across the hotel is a tennis sports center, etc. The staff service is very good, friendly, agile I was allowed to check out at 12.30, because I attended an event in the Citra Dream meeting room for 2 days. What needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the room, the telephone is very dusty, there is also dust on the bottom of the glass. The sheets look no longer white, so maybe they need to be upgraded again. There is no tea, coffee, sugar, but there is a dispenser on each floor, so you can refill it. Soap, shampoo are in one soap dispenser. Get a toothbrush and toothpaste Hopefully it will be even better in the future, because the location is really great

The location is still in the same area as Bintaro Plaza, so it is quite strategic in terms of location, access and culinary around 😁

Recommended because of its close access to malls and KRL stations as well as popular places in Bintaro.
