The hotel staff was helpful, the room was comfortable (the only downside was the view, I asked for a view but they gave me a view of a banyan tree 😭). Breakfast was okay, but the fried rice was a bit lacking in taste and texture. The white bread was the best, the pudding was too jelly, not really pudding. The price was very reasonable for a hotel in the city center that is close to everywhere. Overall, it was good, especially the staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location near the city center, friendly staff, old building, spacious room, complete room facilities, there is a refrigerator and deposit box. Complaint: came to check in at 15.30 but the room was not ready, still waiting for quite a long time and breakfast almost all the food was cold. Hopefully it can be fixed

The bathroom door 316 was already visibly damaged at the bottom, and the electric kettle was on and off a bit error (broken using electrical tape)... 314 AC was not cold for a while, then called a technician, it was quite good (not too cold though)... for the food, it was generally a bit stale... the potatoes were a bit hard.. for the cleanliness of the room it was ok... the toilet on the 5th floor was not very clean... the rooftop view was beautiful... for the swimming pool, maybe a slide could be added to make it even better... for the free horse-drawn carriage program, it seemed less effective (the distance was too short, hehehe)...

Overall, I love the view the most 😍🫶🏻 and homey vibes in the hotel. Thank you to all the staff who service the customer very friendly and kind 😊

There is live music in the guest room area since after Maghrib until 21.00, I can't rest with my family, it's noisy. Live music should be in a special room like a ballroom or rooftop. Please pay attention to the Management because I have stayed here twice.
