The staff is friendly. The hotel is close to the mall and easy access to everything, including downtown Bandarlampung. The food is delicious.

The room was spacious and comfortable, cleaned daily without being asked. I stayed for 5 nights and was very satisfied with the room. However, the food was still lacking. Please improve.
