Stayed here one night for my work around CPI. Nice hotel with a clean and spacious room. The receptionist asked me to have rooms with a connecting door as I stayed with my daughter and my parents. Thank you for the excellent service. The parking lot is a problem because they don't have basement parking.

I stayed for two nights for the MHM event. The location is strategically close to everything. Culinary options are within walking distance, and the staff are all friendly. It's simply the best and I recommend it if you visit Makassar again.

The receptionist, Marni, was very friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were quick. The room amenities were okay, but the only downside was the lack of soundproofing. The phone next to the room was screaming, waking me up even at 3 a.m. Other than that, it was very nice.

The carpet in the room smelled a bit damp, and there was no air freshener. There was no shampoo. Only soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste. There was only one slipper, but two towels. You could hear the noise from the next room. Maybe it's because the hotel is old. But the service is 5 stars. Room cleanliness is only 3.
