Staff is ok. But the room is in very bad shape. Vip room do not have jacuzzi as advertise. The sink leakage. Stairs rail not fix. Hair on bed sheet! Very dusty. Not indian next door bring speaker and hotel did not do anything! Very noisy!

Found a hole at the water hose bathroom with live cockroaches colony inside. Really bad for the housekeeping maintenance. Hope that if have for the next trip, it will have some changes made for this matter. Thank you.

Dirty room, smelly, bad service

Quite a run down hotel and smoking smell in the room.

Good location but you can feel the spring of the bed. Bathroom have a bad smell.

No kiblat sign for Muslim - need to download the kiblat apps ourselves. Bedside desk is not in a good condition, cannot use to put things on it Bedside light, makeup table light and one of the ceiling light are not functioning as well.

Makeup table, bed & ceiling lights are not function/broken. Bedside table is going to broke if we put anythings on it. Not have any kiblat sign in the room, need to download kiblat apps yourself.

1) At time I want to check in, the receptionist immediately tell me there is no room available yet he didn't ask me whether I already book the room or walk in. 2) Then when I give my booking number, he tell me that aircond remote just left 1 only.. and he still got others customer to come, so he asks me to give back the remote after I setting the aircond temperature, it is already 2am..3) he then say there is no tv remote that can be use... so I need to switch on the tv by manual.. this is worst experienced ever.

Surprisingly they provide disposable toothbrush and toothpaste even it a affordable hotel.

I stayed there for 3 nights but no housekeeping is done. The bed make quirky sound when I'm on it and I was afraid the bed is going to crumble if I move a lot. The bed sheet and pillow sheet seem very old because it is suppose to be white but it seem gray. Gm klang is near and it is about 5-10 minutes by walking.Aeon is 15 to 20 minutes away by walking.There is Ramly burger shop beside the hotel and it taste good but unfortunately I don't see any other convenient shop near to the hotel.

One of the receptionist there doesn't act professional and was quite rude. There're small cockroaches inside the room. There's a strong cigarette smell once you open the door.

Dirty, some more have cockroach, room service lousy, noise.
