The location is strategic, close to Bandung town square. The facilities are also okay, you can get free unlimited drinks. The comfort of the room is okay, but the AC is not cold enough and often turns off by itself, I don't know why. The TV is also Android, so you can watch YouTube in the room. The cleanliness of the room is also quite okay. But the bathroom is not very clean, the smell of urine is so bad that I had to flush it with soap to get rid of it, but the smell still persists, and the toilet is dirty. Please improve the cleanliness of the bathroom.

I come here often. The staff are still as friendly as ever, great. I'm just a little disappointed that the quality of the towels, especially the blankets, smells undried and wrinkled, as if they've been used. I've replaced them with new ones, but they still smell musty. Please fix this, as I've been a regular here since 2019. Thank you.

The staff is friendly, and the bed is okay. Drinking water is provided in gallon jugs, so it's convenient to be able to refill it frequently. The only downside is the bathroom, which smells awful. Please add some freshener, and please put a mat in front of the bathroom, because after you get out of the shower, your feet will be wet.
