Changed rooms twice, AC still not cold enough

The hotel is very, very close to Malioboro, you can go straight out to Malioboro. If you go to Jogja again, you will want to stay there again.

Overall, it was okay. The hot water was good. The location was strategic. However, the towels were a bit smelly. I once received sheets and a blanket that made me itchy. I requested a replacement the next day. I stayed for 4 days. It's a decent hotel for a budget of around 200,000 Rupiah.

The hotel staff is friendly, and the hotel is strategically located because it is quite close to Malioboro. However, during my stay here, I honestly felt the facilities could be improved. First, the room's Wi-Fi didn't seem to work. I tried contacting the receptionist but there was no change. Second, the bathroom (tilted sink, door, etc.) seemed poorly maintained. Amenities were only provided with towels, hand soap, and toothbrushes (no shampoo or shower gel). Third, the AC couldn't be swung, the lights and sockets near the bed were broken, and the sheets and bed cover also had some yellow stains (it looked like they weren't clean). Fourth, the room didn't seem soundproof because I could hear footsteps from the upstairs room. Overall, my experience was less than satisfactory. Hopefully, this will be a consideration.

The road is a bit of an alley. Breakfast is delicious. Staff is friendly. Only problem is there's no hot water in the bathroom.
