Overall, the owner is friendly, suggesting places of great eateries. The building is well-maintained and clean. The location is near the places of tourist attractions in the heart of Malacca. They need to look for further improvement: such as, there is no socket near the provided washing machine. Free WiFi can only be connected at the first night. In the morning, WiFi connection is reset with the new account and password. The kitchen is not really well-equipped. At least, the microwave and basic cutlery should be provided. Electrical devices should be checked for the safety of the customers.
