This was my first time staying in a super dirty villa. There were no towels, no drinks, no slippers, no toiletries. The bathroom was filthy, and the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The bathroom door didn't have a lock. There were also lots of cockroaches. A very unpleasant experience. The neighborhood around the villa was also dirty, and it was noisy at night, making it impossible to sleep.

No towel, no toilet paper, no hot water, no internet, dubious cleanliness of bedsheets.

The best view, really.. The bed is also very spacious, satisfied, want to come back again, God willing. Only the access road is very steep.

Many facilities require maintenance, especially the orange water slide, which has lots of holes and is dirty.

Complete facilities. After checking in at the front office, no one showed us to our unit. So it took a while to find it.

My suggestion is to renovate the toilet (bathroom) and the rest is TOP

I got a price of 470,000 per night but the hotel access was far uphill from the highway, and it turned out that there was no AC in the hotel room even though the air was cold, there was no refrigerator, no water heater, and the wifi had no signal, the TV didn't connect so I couldn't watch TV, and the cellphone data signal was also intermittent.

The place needs to be upgraded again, because the facilities are old, the water heater doesn't work, only 1 gas stove works, at night the wifi has problems going down, but the sofa is so good, to take the family on holiday at the Tjokro villa

Maybe the security guards will be around a little more often, because there were people washing cars and chatting in the yard that made the guests noisy.

For the room is very comfortable, the bathroom is also clean. But for the kitchen and living room facilities maybe can be upgraded so it doesn't look too old.

The staff is lacking. Many facilities are not usable properly. The sink is leaking.

Wifi is not available. Water heater is not working. Children's play facilities need repair.

It was a great palace, I have enjoyed to stayed there.

Kamar mandinya mampet saluran buangan air, sehingga toiletnya bau. Air panasnya juga bermasalah. Pls direnovasi lagi.

The villa is clean, has an internet connection, and complete kitchen utensils. We love the friendly staff, fresh air, and clean swimming pools. The unforgettable thing was we got an excellent New Year's Eve door prize. Unfortunately, the building and its facilities are too old and need further maintenance. Overall, nice place to stay.
