Located near Alor Hawker Street, and 4 minutes away from MRT bukit Bintang. |Staff is very friendly and helpful. Allowed early check-in since there was a vacancy. Surprisingly didn't ask for deposit, but there's still rm10 tourism Tax. |Booked Deluxe Single Room with Breakfast on 307 (all rooms have a window, as far as I can guess). Luckily got one that faces the city view. |Bed is quite big and comfy. There are soft and hard pillow, and the bedsheet as well as the blanket smells nice and clean. There are 3 UK sockets and 1 international socket. |There's towel, floor mat, body wash and shampoo—which surprisingly smells nice—hand soap, as well as hairdryer. The faucet has hot water too. There are overhead shower as well as adjustable one. Even without turning on the heater, there's already hot water. The ventilator is slightly loud if you don't close the bathroom door. |One flaw with the bathroom is the position of the shower door. As you can see from the picture, you have to squeeze through the corner—which I luckily could do with not much resistance—and for oversized people, that could prove to be quite difficult. |Tea set, electric kettle, mug, phone, tissue, as well as bottled water are provided. The smart TV is a good surprise. Connected directly to the internet, you can easily link up with various streaming accounts that you have. |One pet peeve during the stay is the broken AC swing. It blows directly on the bed, so you'd have to adjust it so it doesn't freeze you. The other problem is there are occasionally small critters on the floor, but luckily they are small enough that I could handle it myself. |Unfortunately since the restaurant on top of the hotel in under renovation, the hotel had to refund a part of my initial payment, which is nice. But there are some food places near the hotel in the morning. |Would consider here again next time.
