The location is strategic, there are lots of culinary delights, but with this price, it is very expensive, there are no tissues in the room, and the room smells musty and there are lots of ants.

Overall it's okay, but the AC isn't very cold and there are only a few TV channels, only domestic channels.

We were 3 people staying in a 4-person room, which had a window, sofa & TV. The room size was spacious enough to fit 3 medium suitcases and 2 small suitcases. Strategic location, close to Komtar, pharmacy across the hotel, and hawker food next to 118 Hotel Macalister. The staff were also friendly and very helpful for luggage storage, room upgrades, etc. Only this hotel does not provide toothbrushes. For soap, shampoo, towels and hair dryers are available.

I've stayed here many times but this time I got an air-conditioned room, it's so hot, man. When I asked for a room change, there was always an excuse, I'm fed up.

The room for 4 people is too small so it is not comfortable. Besides the bed is not clean, there is a lot of dust & hair clumps. Btw the staff is friendly & check in can be faster without waiting long.
