Really enjoyed the time here. Big room, clean, comfortable bed and pillow, with a bathtub. Also a lot of children's activities, such as a mini zoo, playground, pool, and cooking class. My kid left his pillow, and the hotel found it and gave it back the day after in good condition. Thank you.

The hotel staff was friendly, and the kids enjoyed the playground, but the pool was very crowded due to the school holidays. The food was okay, but the corners of the room were dusty and poorly cleaned.

Friendly hotel staff, complete facilities for children

This hotel is always my go-to when I visit Bandung with my family, thanks to its strategic location, kid-friendly atmosphere, and affordable prices. The highlight of this hotel is its facilities, which are perfect for children, including a mini zoo and playground. And last but not least, the breakfast menu is incredibly diverse and delicious. The service is also very friendly and efficient. Although parking is limited, the valet staff are very responsive. Check-in is also fast, and the rooms and hallways are always clean.

A very child-friendly and couple-friendly hotel. Playgrounds are available in several areas so kids can have fun while parents can enjoy a coffee and enjoy the beautiful scenery. A highly recommended hotel.

I don't know if the bedsheets were changed or not, but the pillowcase smells of drool. I just realized that the bedsheets don't look like they're ironed that neatly. They're just messy and look like dirty sheets.

2nd experience staying at this hotel, a very pleasant hotel.

Complete facilities for children, perfect for a family vacation, varied and delicious breakfast menu, and centrally located. However, the parking lot was a bit small, considering it was school holidays and many guests were staying overnight, resulting in a lot of parallel parking.

Almost everything is fine. The only thing missing is parking. Especially if you go upstairs, you have to unload your luggage in the lobby, and the incline is steep.

a week trip in Bandung (Lembang & Ciwidey) stayed here for the last night so it was easy to get back by train even though it was quite far from the station but close to Cihamplas got a price of around 500 for the deluxe plus bf price I don't know if it's cheap or not but it's quite good because I got a Premier type upgrade fee which has a bathtub & I thought Thursday at this hotel would be quiet but it turned out to be very busy with lots of groups thank God the room is very soundproof so it's not noisy. the breakfast is delicious and complete

A child-friendly hotel that is quite strategic, our tourist destination is Lembang Zoo, quite strategic, 20 minutes to Lembang Zoo, the hotel also has a mini zoo suitable for children, a bit sorry for the animals because they are not in their habitat.. maybe it would be more suitable if the mini zoo was not on a closed rooftop. There are lots of bubbly carpets, so you often trip when walking. Hopefully the facilities can be improved, the staff are champions, friendly

Greetings from Bali! I'll write review within this platform due to couldn't open link given. Me and family were having a great time here, they were really happy with spacious room and facility. The genuine has been shown since we got there at the lobby, from security, front office, housekeeping all were kind and helpful.. they are great asset to the company. Will return on next holiday season, thank you.

Prime location but poor room cleanliness. There was hair clumped on the carpet when I checked in. The dirty carpet hadn't been swept. The lighting was dim and lacking bulbs. The outdated furniture was in need of refurbishment. Lots of dust.
