Stayed 3 nights during high occupancy, extra beds were limited, called the receptionist twice to ask for towels, the staff was quite responsive, breakfast was delicious and varied

Yesterday, I happened to encounter an unfriendly female receptionist. While we were chatting on the phone, her voice suddenly switched to that of a male receptionist. I asked for extra towels from the receptionist, but they said they were out of stock. However, the room service staff was kind and willing to provide them.

Room conditions without air circulation, rooms smell of dust, dirty towels like they haven't been washed, incomplete bathroom equipment, deluxe rooms feel superior. The restaurant floor is sticky, some swimming pools can't be used. Narrow car parking. Not according to expectations for a hotel that is close to the city center

Second time staying here..alhamdulillaah it was fun.. There are several additional new games/rides in this hotel and a mini zoo..which adds to the comfort of staying..especially for children while on vacation.. The food is quite varied..the employees are also friendly..

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean, the pool is clean but the smell of chlorine is really strong, the breakfast is quite good, quite complete, the playground behind the restaurant is free, only the one next to the pool is paid for 40k, the sound of the plane is not noisy, overall it's okay.

Maybe the room could be renovated because the hotel room furniture looks old-fashioned and many of the wooden tables are fragile, the extra chair near the bed has holes from cigarettes even though I booked a non-smoking room, the room is also not soundproof because the sound of motorbikes passing by can be heard clearly because my room has a view of the highway. With the price of the room I paid, I don't think it matches what I got, maybe the hotel needs to improve its rooms.

This is my second time staying here, the first time the room faced the highway. Because the location is strategic and close to the city center, even though it faces the highway, it's still good. The last time yesterday the room faced the airport. It was really good because you could see the planes taking off and landing many times🤩

The hotel is very kid friendly, lots of facilities and activities for kids... a day staycation at the hotel is already very satisfying👍 clean room, complete toiletries, free coffee, tea and hot water... only the towels smell a little musty, it seems they are not dry enough. The service of all employees from parking, security, lobby to room service, pool and restaurant crew is very friendly and efficient... keep improving 👍
