I've stayed at Smart Hotel many times, maybe 3 years. This was the first time I waited for a room, they said it was full, then I was given a bad room, the door was broken, no window. Then when I went out, when I returned to the room there was a towel on the table. I hadn't asked for a towel, how dare they enter the room without my permission when I wasn't there. The breakfast was also boring, the chicken was tough, and the drinks weren't refilled even though it was still 8:30 and they were all gone. The menu was always the same. The elevator was also broken, and my room was on the 2nd floor and I had a large suitcase. The elevator was also really bad, how could it have direct access to a karaoke place full of women. The singers stood in front of the bar, it was just unethical to see. When I changed rooms, the AC wasn't cold. Plus, it was forest fire season there, so the smoke came into the room, probably through the gap in the door. Please be careful about parking, I had a car. When I got to the basement, it was difficult to get out because another car blocked it for almost an hour. It turned out the car owner was at the karaoke. I was about to pray, but I was interrupted by someone waiting for their car to sing karaoke. Please prioritize the basement parking for staying guests only. Thank you.

The hotel, which was around Rp. 300,000, didn't meet my expectations. The toilet was slippery and mossy, the sheets and pillows were dirty, and the wardrobe was dusty and looked like it hadn't been looked after. At that price, it wasn't worth it. I'd rather stay somewhere within the Rp. 100,000 budget with the same amenities.
